PAD06 - Bird Watching Along the Parkway

A rare European gull has been spotted in the salt ponds along Veteran's Memorial Parkway in East Providence. Here we see a birder scanning one of the ponds for the rare visitor. Today's them was "Color Street Scenes". I chose this shot to show that RI is more than just one large city.
